This Week in HWA History: Aug. 27th - Sept. 2nd
Welcome to another week in HWA history! This week will get us into September as we finish out August and head into Labor Day weekend.
This week is a bit light on the historical results but makes up for it in title changes. There’s also notes from the final weekly HWA Adrenaline show in Hamilton, Ohio and results from a few major shows.
Before jumping in though, I want to take a moment to remember Terry Funk and Bray Wyatt who both passed away this past week. Even though they both had little to no involvement in HWA itself, they were both giants of the industry in their own ways. I would highly recommend that everyone check out the extensive obituaries that John Pollock of POST Wrestling wrote on both men. They’re extremely detailed and provide a great understanding on the lives of both men.
