July 5, 2014 (Middletown, OH) - Dustin Rayz defeats HWA Heavyweight Champion Chance Prophet to win the title. The victory was later nullified and Prophet remained the HWA Heavyweight Champion until October when the promotion officially closed.
July 7, 2001 (Cincinnati, OH) - Cody Hawk defeats HWA Heavyweight Champion Race Steele to win the title
