This Week in HWA History: June 4th - 10th
Welcome back to the “This Week in HWA History” newsletter! A quick housekeeping note, starting with this issue I’ll be doing a slight change to the format. The “Match of the Week” will be first, followed by the historical results and then miscellaneous notes at the end about what some active HWA alumni are up to. The “Title Changes” section will combine with the historical results and I felt it was duplicate information.
As this newsletter/bulletin continues to evolve, I’d like to know your feedback … good, bad or otherwise. Let me know in the comments!
HWA YouTube Match of the Week:
A change up to how the match of the week works. Trying to find a match to align with the week being covered in the newsletter was becoming a bit of a challenge so instead, I’m just going to highlight fun HWA matches I’ve found on YouTube. It might be from the week I’m covering, it might not be. But regardless, it’ll be worth checking out!
This week’s match of the week is from January 26, 2002 as Chad Collyer and Shannon Moore battle for the HWA Cruiserweight Title at the “Bash on the River” event in Covington, KY
