May 8, 2002 (Dayton, OH) - BJ Whitmer def. HWA Cruiserweight Champion Shannon Moore, Matt Stryker and Jaime Noble in a Four Way Elimination Match to win the title

May 8, 2002 (Dayton, OH) - Johnny the Bull def. HWA Heavyweight Champion Race Steele to win the title

May 9, 2006 (Cincinnati, OH) - Jon Moxley def. HWA Heavyweight Champion Pepper Parks to win the title in a special 10-Minute Time Limit Match. If Moxley had lost the match, he would've been force to leave the HWA

May 13, 2005 (Cincinnati, OH) - Foreign Intelligence (Ala Hussein & Quinten Lee) def. HWA Tag Team Champions Necessary Roughness (Jon Moxley & Jimmy Turner) to win the titles

* Cody Hawk won a 3-on-1 Gauntlet Match over Chet Jablonski, Pepper Parks and Dean Jablonski. Hawk beat Chet by DQ in the first fall. Hawk defeated Parks in the second fall. Hawk pinned Dean in the final fall with a roll-up.
