May 8, 2002 (Dayton, OH) - Johnny the Bull def. HWA Heavyweight Champion Race Steele to win the title
May 9, 2006 (Cincinnati, OH) - Jon Moxley def. HWA Heavyweight Champion Pepper Parks to win the title in a special 10-Minute Time Limit Match. If Moxley had lost the match, he would've been force to leave the HWA
May 13, 2005 (Cincinnati, OH) - Foreign Intelligence (Ala Hussein & Quinten Lee) def. HWA Tag Team Champions Necessary Roughness (Jon Moxley & Jimmy Turner) to win the titles
