*November 7, 2006 (HWA Adrenaline TV Taping in Cincinnati, OH) - Pepper Parks beats HWA Heavyweight Champion Chad Collyer to win the title. A pre-match stipulation was set that if Parks lost the match, he would've had to retire from the HWA.
